Automatic Purchase Order - Edit - Sort By ...

You can use the SORT BY options to sort the list of items displayed on the Automatic Purchase Order screen by item number (default), supplier ID or bin location. In Micronet 2.8, you can also sort by item class and free stock.

1. Display the Automatic Purchase Order screen.

Refer to "Automatic Purchase Order - Edit Menu Options".

2. Select EDIT then select one of the following options:

• SORT BY ITEM - to sort by item number
• SORT BY SUPPLIER - to sort by supplier ID
• SORT BY ITEM CLASS - to sort by item class
• SORT BY FREE STOCK - to sort the list of items by the quantity of free stock available; the items with the lowest free stock are displayed first
• SORT BY BIN - to sort by bin location.

Micronet sorts the items displayed on the Automatic Purchase Order screen in the selected sort order. This order also defaults to the next time you open the Automatic Purchase Order screen.
